3. Software Acquisition and Upgrades:
a. Must be downloaded from official channels; user bears risk otherwise.

c. GreenRice may provide upgrades (possibly paid) and does not guarantee support for older versions after new release.
4. User Usage Norms – Prohibited Acts:
a. Removing copyright info or bypassing technical protections.
b. Reverse engineering, cracking, or tampering with software/data.
c. Actions harming network security (e.g., unauthorized access, virus distribution).
d. Using unofficial third-party login tools.
e. Unauthorized commercial use, leasing, modification, or creation of derivative works.
f. Posting illegal, infringing, obscene, spam, or harmful content.
g. Conducting unauthorized commercial activities within the app.
h. Content responsibility: Users must own rights to uploaded content and not infringe others’ rights.
i. Violation handling: GreenRice may suspend licenses or delete content upon violation.
j. Liability: Users compensate GreenRice for losses caused by their breach.
5. Privacy Policy:
Personal data is collected, used, and protected per the official Privacy Policy.
6. Service Risks and Disclaimer:
a. Users bear costs of internet access and equipment.
b. No liability for losses due to third-party causes (e.g., network failure, force majeure).
c. Software may be affected by user/network/virus factors; users should enhance security.
d. Third-party system calls are not guaranteed for safety, accuracy, or effectiveness.
e. Services may be changed or suspended anytime without notice or liability.
